To support the upcoming Ethereum London fork upgrade CEX.IO will pause all ETH services during the Ethereum London fork.

Deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable during this time. We will monitor the situation and renew processing once the network is stable. You will receive an update from cexio.statuspage.io when services are restored.
